The site is identified on County maps as GPIN 8292-83-8773 (pt.); is zoned PBD, Planned Business District; is designated REC, Regional Employment Center, and ER, Environmental Resource, in the Comprehensive Plan; and is located within the Parkway Employment Center Sector Plan special planning area and the Prince William Parkway Highway Corridor Overlay District - Scott Meyer - Occoquan Magisterial District – Planning
