I. ORD - Proffer Amendment #REZ2016-00025, Featherstone Square – Addition - To amend the proffers associated with REZ #PLN2013-00046, Featherstone Square, to add three additional parcels (totaling ±1.50 acres) to the development and to rezone the parcels from R-4, Suburban Residential, to PMR, Planned Mixed Residential.  This proposal will also reconfigure the site layout and relocate the community clubhouse amenity.  The subject site is located north of Featherstone Rd. and west of Colchester Rd. The site is identified on County maps as GPINs 8391-56-3374 (pt.), 8391-56-7156, 8391-56-7463, 8391-56-7871, and 8391-57-0701. The subject property is currently designated UMU, Urban Mixed Use, in the Comprehensive Plan and is located within the Potomac Communities Revitalization Plan special planning area - Woodbridge Magisterial District – Scott Meyer – Planning
