Oppose actions by County to deny the right of the people to know and be heard on all issues, which may affect their health, safety and peaceful enjoyment of their property in public hearings before the PC and/or BOCS because these actions are unconstitutional. This applies to all rezonings, waivers, etc. without exception. Administrative approvals deny the people their "right to know."
