ORD - Consider Revisions to the Agricultural and Forestal District Fee Schedule - To consider revisions to the Land Development Application Review and Inspection Fees and Land Use Applications (Zoning, Rezoning and Special Use Permit) Fee Schedule for Agricultural and Forestal District Applications within Prince William County, pursuant to §15.2-107 and §15.2-4303 VA Code Ann. The Planning Office recommends a reduction in the fee to Create or Join an Agricultural and Forestal District from $500 to $50. The Planning Office further recommends eliminating the fee to withdraw from an existing Agricultural and Forestal District – Ben Ziskal –Planning
