I support adding an agenda item to the next meeting to adopt a resolution designating Prince William County as a Second Amendment sanctuary county. Such resolution would state that PWC would not use its valuable law enforcement resources to enforce unconstitutional laws enacted by the General Assembly, such as "red flag" laws that would confiscate a law-abiding citizens guns without due process, or confiscate guns which are allowed under Federal statutes.
