I oppose Rev Bailey. I'm sure he is a good man but I do not believe PWC needs to continue the "Good Old Boy" network by appointing family members and cronies to county boards as payback or for whatever purposes. Rev Bailey is married to Supv Bailey and simply presents an opportunity for conflict of interest that this county doesn't need. There's already enough CoI with our school board and those antics. There are other better candidates out there. Reject this nominee.
Reverend Bailey has been a community leader within Prince William County for many years and displays the type of decision making that is constructive in helping a Board come to a sound decision reflecting the opinions of a majority of our residents. It is a bonus that he is not only a black american but has played a leadership role in the PWC NAACP for several years. I strongly support this appointment.
I oppose appointing Rev. Cozy Bailey to the Jail Board because his record shows he will not support Sheriff Hill who was ELECTED because of his stance on 287g. I believe having law enforcement experience should be a pre-requisite to serving on the Jail Board.
I oppose the appointment of Rev. Cozy Bailey. I am very concerned that Cozy would promote decisions that would be detrimental to the health and safety of our community.
I oppose the appointment of Cozy Bailey. They are unqualified, with no direct experience that would make them a suitable, informed candidate for this position. The Manassas Regional Jail Board should be balanced politically, and chaired by individuals who have worked in law enforcement, military and/or the jail system.
I am concerned that Potomac Local reports Rev. Bailey would not respond for their story about these Jail Board appointments calling into question the county’s 287(g) program. This is a long-standing, fair, and common-sense measure to check the immigration status of people who are taken to jail - not just stopped - and hold those here illegally for the feds, which we’ve again re-elected Sheriff Hill to maintain.

Glenn Hill was elected by the people
I strongly support Mr. Bailey for the Jail Board.
I oppose having Rev. Cozy Bailey appointed to the Manassas Regional Jail Board.
