All COVID-19 appropriations need to be equally distributed. I should not see underrepresented communities within PWC. Someone should be ensuring that minority and usually underserved communities are not being neglected. This includes schools. It has become very apparent that schools on the East side of PWC are not being equally resourced. The budget clearly showed that more emphasis is placed on continuously upgrading some schools on the West, while schools on the East lack basic resources.
