As the CARES Act staff report is not yet available for review, I recommend the BOCS, County Executive and staff review and offer recommendations on the expanding Project Baseline for COVID-19 testing. Baseline offers support and technical assistance for COVID-19 testing programs and contributes via Verily (an Alphabet company) to the scientific analysis of contact tracing.
