RES – Authorize – Execution of the Inter-Parcel Land Transfer Agreement with Innovation Development, LLC, Stanley Martin Homes, LLC, MJV Parcel A LLC, and Prince William County Parcel A LLC for the Sale of 1.4184 Acres of County-Owned Property at Innovation Park, Located at 11100 University Boulevard, Manassas, Virginia, 20109 – Brentsville Magisterial District – Christina Winn, Economic Development
I am opposed only to the $5.17 Million reimbursement to the developer. Although I support all other terms of this development, this cost seems disproportional to the value the County would realize of this propose road. Although some reimbursement is warranted, I would consider requiring a study to determine the true value of reimbursement.
I do not support building more new homes or commercial development at this point in time. There are plenty of areas which could be repurposed for these uses.
