I strongly support this resolution. The residents in the affected area having been adversely affected by this stormwater drainage issue for years and it has become a health/safety hazard.

Please vote in favor of this motion. The Montclair Property Owners Association and the Montclair Country Club have failed our neighbors for far too long with finger pointing and inaction. The affected homeowners deserve better from their community and this motion will (finally) begin the process of making this issue right.

I strongly support this motion and ask the Board to approve the grant. This is absolutely needed to repair and replace the drainage pipe which is currently not functional. Because it is not functional it has caused the flooding of both yards and homes in Montclair causing extensive and repeated damage to property. This has gone on far too long without a resolution for the homeowners and this is an opportunity to make things right. Please vote yes for our community and these homeowners.
