The rezoning of this site from Agricultural to Office Mid-Rise is not optimal. The illustrative plan has too much parking. This zoning will allow for low-rise buildings and hotels which are problematic and we have enough of them already. It should instead be zoned for mixed-use to complement the residential and commercial zoning already planned near the site and further support the local existing Haymarket small-businesses.
