I Vote NO to the current Doves Landing Park plan that includes new facilities, a road, and a parking lot at the end of Doves Lane. The proposed road is a dead end road that can joy handle the potential traffic with this park. The new development should stay in the existing park area or expand the new Sinclair portion of the park to include the improvements outlined.

Vote NO! On DPRT’s recommended improvements to Doves Landing. The current plan is shortsighted, and subject to multiple logistical issues. Initial surveys conceded the need for planning reconsideration. Do the work to find a location amenable to the project. Amend your plans to benefit the area and the families already living there.

Please vote NO on the current plan. The dirt/gravel portion of Doves Lane cannot safely accommodate the increased vehicle traffic. We support expanding the trails - the park is great - but please put all new amenities (bathrooms, parking, etc) at the current parking lot location. Do not build a new road and parking lot along the power line at the end of Doves Lane (a dead-end narrow dirt road).

Vote No! I am not against the park expanding, however I am against the plan as it is currently written. There are to many unknowns. The plan needs to be reevaluated with input from the surrounding neighborhoods and property owners.

Vote NO on the current Doves Landing Park plan for new facilities, a road, and a parking lot at the end of Doves Lane, a narrow unimproved road. All new development should stay in the existing parking lot area.

I urge you to VOTE NO! On DPRT’s recommended improvements to Doves Landing.

Vote Yes! To combine the properties and put them into a conservation easement. VOTE YES to the conservation easement for Sinclair Mill and the Long Branch parcel so the proffers can move forward. I urge the BOCS to direct the DPRT to prioritize the feedback received from Citizens of Bradley Forest and PWC Voters in the next draft of the Doves Landing Master Plan that is brought in front of the board.
