Keep public comment time for all who want to speak! I come to share my perspective, contribute to the government's thinking, and know an issue's been brought to light - and leave learning from and respecting the other side too. Usually only about once a year, but well-attended (and long) meetings or extra sessions make sense for big decisions. Kudos for the accessible Zoom option. Limiting the number of speakers would favor wealthy, coordinated interests and sow distrust: very un-democratic!
