Although the overall plan for expansion is good, I must protest the reduction of ADA parking spaces. Pre-covid, I served on the jury of a 7-day trial and, to find a parking place relatively close to the building (I have mobility issues), I needed to arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. even if I did not need to arrive until 9:30 a.m. To reduce the number of ADA spaces is unacceptable.
