I support the current practice of letting everyone speak for three minutes at public comment time. (And Zoom - and I'll make it convenient for you today by using - SpeakUp.) It lets us know we're heard (reflecting Constitutional principles), conveys intensity and reasons for preferences rather than just numbers, and helps us better understand and work toward solutions with our neighbors on all sides. Two minutes each *might* be OK given population growth, but not to tamp down current debate.
