4.C) Approve - First Amendment to the Performance Agreement with Prince William County, Caerus Discovery, LLC, and the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Prince William and Transfer $200,000 from the Previously Committed COVID-19 Response Special Revenue Fund to the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Prince William as a Grant to Caerus Discovery, LLC to Help Fund the Purchase of a Critical Piece of Equipment for the Community Accessible Vivarium; and Authorize the County Executive to Execute All Necessary Documents, as Approved by the County Attorney's Office - Brentsville Magisterial District - Christina Winn, Economic Development
