I fully support the SUP for RMFD Enterprises and urge the board to approve the SUP without further delay. I see no valid reason to deny a permit that provides law abiding citizens with a legal method to obtain firearms.

I support a FFL business in my community. It's a legal place to do all the paperwork for a firearms purchase.

I support approving this SUP as it will be a valuable asset to our community. I understand the importance of responsible firearms sales and strict regulations that must be followed to ensure the safety of our citizens. I am confident that Mr. Dawson will operate in full compliance with all state and federal laws, including background checks/record keeping. I respectfully request you give careful consideration and approve the SUP as requested. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I want to support RMFD Enterprises' SUP request. I have seen Mr. Dawson knowledgably and patiently provide detail on how he plans to use this SUP to provide a service for our community. This application has been delayed too long and the concerns expressed during the planning/community meetings relating to this permit are simply not borne out by facts. Mr. Dawson has been amenable to changes to garner community buy in and it is time he receives the opportunity to move forward with his business.

I urgently advocate for the approval of RMFD Enterprises' Special Use Permit on September 26th. This 18-month-old application aims to enforce mandatory background checks for firearms, enhancing public safety. Approved by the Planning Commission, it has faced unjust delays, required additional steps, and is the only one in 24 months to do so. Significant costs and time are sunk, and a 60-day period is needed post-approval for FFL issuance. Any further delay compromises safety and fairness.
