5.B) Authorize - Execution of a Performance Agreement with Marlex Community Partners LLC, Prince William County, and the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Prince William for a $140,000 Economic Development Opportunity Fund Grant; and Budget and Appropriate $140,000 from the Economic Development Opportunity Fund for an Assemblage to Facilitate a Commercial Revitalization / Redevelopment Project in Prince William County; and Authorize the County Executive, or Their Designee, to Execute any Other Document(s) that is Necessary and / or Appropriate to Effectuate this Resolution, as Approved as to Form by the County Attorney's Office - Potomac Magisterial District  - Christina Winn, Economic Development and Tourism - Mobility, Economic Growth, and Resiliency
