I *oppose* datacenters next to communities and schools. These hulking warehouses with high powered cooling machinery on top can make sense as part of our industrial areas but making them our kids' new neighbors is careless and callous at best - and the risk of it happening again will hurt our county's property values and long-term appeal much more than their cut-rate taxes help. Keep your campaign promises on the topic and vote this down!

This rezoning should be unequivocally denied! I am a resident of Sheffield Manor which is one of the many communities that are directly adjacent to this land. Stanley Martin (SM) wants to add 6-9 81' tall data centers to this parcel of land that already sits 50' higher than neighboring communities. SM no longer wants to build homes here because the homes they build will be near data centers, but instead, wants to build data centers that will be adjacent to all our homes! What a joke! Vote no!

NO DATA CENTER // Say No To Devlin Tech Park

I'm resident in Lanier Farms located on Devlin Road near Chris Yung Elementary School.

Don't approve data centers next to residential areas.
Data Centers on Devlin is 100% incompatible as it's surrounded by neighborhoods and 2 schools --> they don't belong here
Please do not approve of data centers in the middle of neighborhoods.
Don't approve Devlin Tech Park when no one, but the developer is in favor of this project.
    Please hear my voice.

My family and my neighbors urge you to keep this land zoned RESIDENTIAL. We do not want to see our community destroyed by the development of a data center. The negative impacts of living next to a data center have been PROVEN. We have examples of this already in NOVA. Tell Stanley Martin NO DATA CENTER. and end this once and for all. Thank you to all the supervisors that have supported these communities in standing up to Stanley Martin and spoken out about this plan and its many revisions.

Data centers are incompatible with homes and schools. Devlin Tech park violates both of these. I doubt any on the Board would vote for a data center behind their homes.

This rezoning is a complete violation to every resident who purchased a home in a residential area. No one purchased their home in industrial. This rezoning should BE DENIED. This is 100% incompatible with the all 4 sides of the property being residential.

There is a place for data centers in Prince William county they do not belong next to homes and schools.

If the board wants to do the right thing it is to deny this rezoning.
