Please do not approve rezoning. We already have too many centers that are being built around us. Rezoning will affect human & wildlife health and property values will fall. Please ensure future building and rezoning are zero carbon - awarded with no impact to our electrical grid, our water shed, and to the health and well being of your residents. We voted for you all to carry the voice of the people. The consequences outweigh the tax benefit of this proposal to your PWC residents.
