5.A) Approve - Performance Agreement with Prince William County, Northern Virginia Community College, and the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Prince William and Transfer $800,000 from the COVID-19 Response Special Revenue Fund to the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Prince William as a Grant to Northern Virginia Community College, to Help Fund Critical Equipment Purchases and Facilities Modernization for the Heating / Air Conditioning and Electric Vehicle Programs at Woodbridge and Manassas Campuses; and Authorize the County Executive to Execute All Necessary Documents, as Approved by the County Attorney - Christina Winn, Economic Development and Tourism - Mobility, Economic Growth, and Resiliency
