100% oppose item 12.J proposed by Weir. I cannot believe that you are considering a proposal to essentially negate all the work and decisions that the Planning commission and BOCS have made in the past. Staff is already overworked and this will simply cause even more delays across the board for all projects in PWC as staff would also have to deal with all the special use permits and recertifications caused by this change. Please oppose this item.
