A fatal 3-car crash killed 2 and left 1 critical at Whips Run & Cardinal Dr on March 8. Residents and children witnessed victims crushed in the wreckage and another on the road. This is the 6th death on Cardinal Dr and 4th between Bevanwood & Swan Way since 2020. Constant near-misses prove this road is lethal. We need infrastructure changes: traffic lights with rumble strips / flashing lights prior and bike lanes to narrow the dangerous road to reduce speeding—not just temporary enforcement.
