Can we please stop allowing rezoning that favors the developers and increases density? We are not being smart about it in this county, and even the comments for the planning commission are always some version of "they don't meet the plan, buuuuutt....." and it is very frustrating as a citizen to watch the green spaces be paved over with minimal benefit to anyone other than developers.
