3.A) PRESENTATIONEmployer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriotic Employer AwardThe ESGR develops and promotes supportive work environments for Service members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws. It also provides assistance in resolving conflicts between the Service members and their employers. Rich Erenbaum, volunteer with the Virginia Committee of ESGR, a Department of Defense Office, will present the ESGR Patriotic Employer Award to Chief Deputy County Attorney Alan Smith, Senior Deputy County Attorney Curt Spear, and County Attorney Michelle Robl. Assistant County Attorney and Army Reservist Derek Reigle nominated Alan, Curt, and Michelle for this award.
