Strongly recommend the PWC work with VDOT/FHWA to redesign the Route 1/Route 123 interchange. The current design is not compatible with the new North Woodbridge Small Area Plan. I also recommend keeping Route 123 between I-95 and Route 1 at 4 lanes and creating a "complete street" design.
