I support the initiation of the CPA amendment. I am a landowner in this area for the past 28 years. Growth in western PW County is inevitable. We need smart planned growth that is based on facts and not false information.

I am a Gainesville resident. I SUPPORT the proposed " Dulles South Innovation Center" because I strongly believe it brings huge private investments, Job creation, a stronger commercial tax base and increased revenue for schools, public safety, transportation and other essential services. We still lack lot of facilities that other counties have right now. Please Initiate the CPA for DSIC.

Voting YES on the CPA will allow information to guide the future of PWC and not opinion. We need this study to determine if moving forward is the right move for the county. Please at least give this a try so we can all see the results and make up our minds on facts not conjecture. Thank you as a Sanders Lane Resident for over 20 years!

My family and I live in Catharpin and love it here. We also understand the need for economic and technological innovation. This area is perfect for the Dulles South Innovation Center because it has the landowners involvement and approval. Times are changing and technological and economic innovation is necessary. I encourage you all to vote YES to initiate the Comprehensive Plan Amendment #CPA2026-0012. Vote YES.

As a Prince William County landowner, I urge you to support initiating this study. Gathering accurate information is the first step toward responsible decision-making. A study allows the County to evaluate the facts, consider the impacts, and hear from the people who live and own property here. Please ensure that the voices of Prince William County residents and landowners are the foundation of this decision.

I fully support this corridor as a smart long term investment in Prince William County’s future. My brother and sister and I are all alumni of elementary, middle, and high schools in Prince William County. We are longtime Catharpin landowners and residents and ask you to please initiate the comprehensive plan amendment for DSIC.

I wholly support moving forward with the proposed plan for the Dulles’s South Innovation Center - without the study decisions are being made in a data vacuum and doesn’t allow the property owners in the affected area to have their properties properly reviewed. And evaluated. Gathering data takes the emotional rhetoric out of the equation…

Support allowing this study to begin so the the best use can be determined. The area is already changing and the current housing use may not be the best use for the county.

A YES vote will allow the opportunity for the study to move forward, and the facts to be discussed. Currently there is a lot of discussion on the matter, however not all of that discussion is based on facts, simply because they have not yet been brought forward. How can an educated decision be made when most of the facts have not been brought forward. Allowing the study to proceed, will allow the facts to be discussed.

Please vote to initiate the proposed study. As a Prince William County landowner, I believe decisions should be based on facts, not assumptions. A study allows the County to gather information, evaluate the impacts, and hear from those most affected. I ask that you give the greatest consideration to the voices of Prince William County residents and landowners throughout this process.

As a homeowner in Catharpin and Western PWC resident since 1978, I FULLY SUPPORT initiating the Dulles South Innovation Center Study.

This area has already changed. Sanders Lane is no longer a sleepy little back road. I believe the Dulles South Innovation Center is the best opportunity to guide ongoing change thoughtfully, responsibly, and in a way that will benefit the majority of PWC residents.

    Please vote YES!

I strongly support this initiative. This is too impactful of a project not to evaluate. Please vote YES to assess the information to make an informed decision. Thank you for your consideration.

This plan has been well thought out, is away from the battlefields, outlines significant permanent buffers, and unless driving by them directly, should not interfere with anyone. This vote only starts the CPA, starts the discussion, and is not the final approval. There is no reason not to move forward with this. Thank you!

I support voting YES to initiate the CPA study. My family and I live in Catharpin. We love it, but understand that growth is inevitable given the location, density, and opportunities. A proper decision about the future of this area requires the most up-to-date facts, expert knowledge, and a broader discussion to weigh the pros and cons. A vote "yes" today allows the board to consider complete and accurate information and for residents of this area, directly impacted by the decision, to be heard.

Annamarie Bianco at July 07, 2026 at 11:24am EDT

Prince William County's growth is inevitable and we need to manage it responsibly. This proposal makes efficient use of available land, and strengthens PWC's long-term tax base. A yes today will initiate this study to be sure we grow and build responsibly. To vote no means making a decision without all the facts. I encourage the Board to support this item and continue advancing responsible growth that benefits current and future residents.
