Vote yes for the Dulles South project! This planned project is the best location for data centers. There are no nearby schools, dense housing developments, parks or historic areas. The area is NOT RURAL!! It consists of subdivisions of 5 - 10 acre lots. It is adjacent to a quarry, gigantic electrical substation, existing power lines and coming huge towers of Morning Star transmission lines, which already mar the area. Will create critically needed revenue, while providing large buffer zones.

I support the Dulles South project. This project is estimated to generate $38 billion in tax revenue. That's a debate worth having. Please vote yes.

I oppose Item 11-D, CPA2026-00012 Dulles South Innovation Center. Please follow staff's recommendation and do not initiate this CPA. Converting ~1,940 acres from Agriculture/Forestry and Hamlet land to I-3 Industrial is incompatible with Catharpin, surrounding rural homes, roads, water resources, farms, and the Comprehensive Plan. Vote NO.

I oppose the Dulles South Innovation Center. It would destroy the rural integrity of our neighborhood. It also negatively affect our ground water levels, and raise electricity bills! Please do not support this project.

I ask the board to reject the plan for DSIC Agenda Item 11-D and decline to initiate the Dulles South Innovation Center. County planning staff found the proposal inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan due to inadequate water and sewer infrastructure, transportation limitations, environmental impacts, and incompatibility with the Rural Crescent and surrounding agricultural community. This will have a negative impact on the local community.

My wife and I recently moved into our first home on Logmill Road to start a family. We strongly oppose this drastic change to our neighborhood and urge the Board to continue following the Comprehensive Plan. The Rural Crescent is a beautiful area of our great county and it would be a shame for it to turn into an industrial wasteland causing unwanted noise, pollution, traffic, etc.

I live on Logmill Road bordering the proposed Dulles South Innovation Center. I am opposed to having such a significant change that is not even remotely consistent with the County's current Comprehensive Plan. Please follow the well thought-out plan that you yourselves created. Otherwise, there are likely to be a host of negative impacts including noise, visual ugliness, pollution of the air and in-ground water system, electricity rates, vibrations and other construction disruptions, etc.
