B. ORD - Special Use Permit #SUP2018-00020, Dunkin Donuts – Jefferson Davis Highway - To allow a restaurant with a drive-through facility and sign modification. The subject site is located at 17020 Jefferson Davis Highway, ± 380 ft. northwest of the Pine Bluff Drive and Jefferson Davis Highway intersection, and is identified on County maps as GPIN 8289-27-5937.00 (part). The subject site is zoned B-1, General Business, and is designated GC, General Commercial, in the Comprehensive Plan.
